Crespi Bonsai Museum - Italy
Just visited the Crespi Museum in Italy, and it was awesome!!! We had a spare few hours one morning and a rental car in Milan, then recalled mention online about "the oldest bonsai" which lead me to find the Crespi Museum.
Was worth the drive out (about 50min from Milan) though didn't leave enough time to do it justice, as they close 1230pm-230pm.
Will post up some pics in a few days ...

Yep, I’m looking forward to the pics too. Safe travels if you’re still in the road.

Re: Crespi Bonsai Museum - Italy
Hey All,
Sorry for the delay. Yes, am home now ... travels were safe. Italy is fantastic!
Ken, you should allow at least few hours. Also, you can book a guided tour ... we missed out as we only left it to the day to organise. Most trees have plaques, with info, but it would have been great to do a tour.
Pics attached (with species and age in the file names). I have many more to add but this gives a taste of the awesome setup and trees they have. The pics don't do them justice!!!
It's such a great place, very peaceful, and so relaxing wondering around. Didn't get to explore the grounds, not sure if that's included in the tour.
Enjoy!
