Hi Everyone

We have also sent this out via email to Australian bonsai clubs. If your club didn't receive the email, please let me know so that I can update my distribution list. The artist in residence program is open to all Australian bonsai artists.

Cheers

This is such a great looking program. Would apply, except I get the feeling artist means "can actually keep trees alive"???

We warmly welcome Jeff Barry and Scott Martin to join the Curators and volunteers of the National Bonsai & Penjing Collection of Australia (NBPCA) as our 2021 Artists in Residence.

Jeff will be joining us in autumn and Scott will join us in spring. Both seasons offer interesting challenges and we look forward to sharing their work with you.

The Artist in Residence Program at the NBPCA offers the opportunity to establish personal connections, share knowledge and learn techniques from the NBPCA artists in an exchange of ideas and mutual learning.

Thanks to all of the artists who applied. The program will be offered annually for a spring and autumn residency. We will let you know when applications for 2022 open.
