Goulburn Bonsai Society Exhibition 2022 - The Photos
Not a bad show for the club that claims to be the smallest and poorest in Australia.
The weather was "average" but the comradery was high and we hope that all the visitors who joined us enjoyed the experience. For those who didn't attend, well you will need a note and promise to visit next year.
On with the photos, not everything in the exhibition but a few. I hope you enjoy these.

Re: Goulburn Bonsai Society Exhibition 2022 - The Photos
At a rough guess, from a distance, with my eyes half closed, might the "tea tree" be a Kunzea "Snowman"? The bark looks likely. It's a great variety for bonsai - I'm wondering if anyone has tried to grow it in the ground?
And the "plum (maybe)" might be flowering pear, with the pointed leaves, maybe root stock.
I liked the rough-looking top tree in the first chuhin display - what is it?
Thanks for the photos, and congratulations on the show - you definitely punch above your weight. I'm sure they'll get around to a knighthood shortly...

Thanks for sharing Watto. Very impressive selection of trees, and how good is it to see some Grevilleas?

I thought the same thing Gavin, the Plum most definitely reminded me more of a flowering pear than a Plum.

Wild olive Gavin.
And yes, the Grevilleas were terrific in my opinion.

That tea tree looks incredible. I really like the style. Not sure if it's a native, but if it is, it's the first native I've really liked the look of.

The maple that was uncertain looked like an Amur Maple (Acer ginala) and Yes.Leptospermum is a native!!!Good show all round and congrats for such a small club with few members.
