My 2018 Accents

Post by Watto »

Some of these are similar to the ones I posted last year and a few are new. My exhibition season is over now so I have to wait until next year before any of these get a new run.

Nice!
Do you talk to them?
There is nothing crazy about speaking with an accent. :palm:
Q: Why are we all here?
A: Because we are not all there.

That’s gold. It accentuates the humour.

I love number 1, very nice.

I style Bonsai naturally, just as they would appear in the wild.

Very elegant, young Watto.

Are you aware of the Australian flavour in photos 3 and 9? The Japanese use their accent plants to reflect on the evanescence of nature and the passing of the seasons, but our favourite Australian weed is putting out seeds in spring, not autumn as it would in the northern hemisphere, and in gentler climates. This one clearly goes to sleep in summer, for very sensible reasons.

Nicely done.

Pretty good Rory, but not as good as Gerard's.
These are to remind me it is spring when I exhibit Gavin, and those particular weeds have spring seed pods so it fits.
