Zen style

G'day over summer i acquired some old underground diesel tanks. One of them I converted into my version of a zen garden . Today the snow from a recent snowfall was just about melted off ,standing on the balcony above it kinda looked like a drifting cloud.

Awesome.
One of the fabulous things about growing bonsai is as you get old and decrepit your trees get old and beautiful

Hi Sno,
That looks great. You will have to find a big tree to put in the remaining pot.

Thanks for the positive feedback guys. I do find it quite calming to tend this part of my garden. I made a rake out of an old broom handle and some square nails . It took me three versions to come up with a rake that rakes well.

Ray that's a great virt unfortunately I have already chopped up the rest of it. I have started a few projects similar. They are going to take a few years to catch upto your virt.

Hi Sno,
You have some great project going mate. I like your rake, I am putting together a small display for The School of Bonsai exhibition but it will need a much smaller rake than yours.

Thanks again for posting these. :tu:
