Update
ImageImageImage

Haven’t done a great deal to this tree yet just cut a few tips here and there
Quite vigorous
Have noticed a few roots out of the drainage holes
The leaves were chewed to bits during January February moved it to a different spot in the garden gave it a water tray and it returned to good health

still haven't touched the roots
essentially let it grow cut some off and repeat in an attempt to gain a nice trunk line
and constant pinching the new growth

October 20 update
I had to get this out of the pot and check the roots it had been in the pot since the comp started and i was having issues with the water not penetrating tried aerating but could barely get the chopstick inserted

Image

Early October

I scraped away most of the top layer of soil I haven’t cut any of the roots just a little separating and potted into a slightly bigger container
I will wait for another month or two before i work on the roots and hopefully pot it into a final container for the rest of the comp
