It's a very fine composition overall. I like the dead wood, particularly from above. The flowers are another world entirely!

Although my last set of pics were my final judging submission - here a few shots to show that this tree is still alive upon completion of competition.
It's been let to grow untouched (except for it's hair net.. :whistle: ) to encourage more trunk development & age.

This little Mel has been flowering continuously for the past 2 months.
Slowly developing some more bark texture...ever so slowly... :roll:

Mmm, I like it more in flower, that is not to say I didn't like it before its just that the flowers add an extra layer of attraction.
