Cloud feet - tricks to making?

Post by JaseH »

Any of the potters out there made cloud feet to suit rectangular pots? I'm wondering if there are any tricks to it. I'm assuming the Japanese must make a press mold of some description but the shape looks to require at least a 2 piece mold. I'm hoping there is a trick I am missing :(
