Hi all, I recently bought a beautiful semi cascade Tokoname pot, but it had a few blobs of paint on it. Did I still want it, the seller asked? Yes Ill use nail varnish remover or paint stripper and remove it.
When it arrived I tried Eucalyptus Oil first, but it didn’t work.
I bought a cheap paint stripper from Bunnings, and it came off immediately without any damage to the look, feel or texture of the pot. I just painted it on with a small artist brush and wipe it off, plus the paint, with rough paper towels. The brush is also OK for other uses.
Grant.
