Beautiful tree,
it looks top heavy. This tree reminds me of a wisteria i saw on ebay some time ago. It has a lovely shape to it also. If this was my tree i would snip some of the leaves away, no, i would take them all off just for fun. I can imagine it with all the flowers by them selves. Acasia's always remind me of summer around the corner. They are one of my favourite Australian flowers.
i wish it was mine, its just beautiful. I Know this isnt the advise your after, but i did want to comment on it any way.Cheers!

The acacia in the purple pot is stunning.... but the pot isn't right. It's too small and too shiny. The tree deserves a handmade pot [Pat, are you listening?] that matches its image of age and beauty. Maybe a soft glaze but definitely not a high glaze. When someone has a tree so beautiful why can't they see the pot incompatibility?

Acaia Howitti - Sticky Wattyl, cascade form

Tree was attacked this year by Looper worm. If you see the foliage being reduced then have a good look for them

Does anyone have an idea as to the best time to repot ?

Ken

I repotted in early January. Normally I would do it around October/November after flowering.
