Angophora costata (Sydney Red Gum) - too late for re-pot?

Post by Drac0 »

Picked up a tube stock Angophora costata (Sydney Red Gum) a few weeks back & it's growing like crazy right now & I'm worried about it becoming too root bound. Is it safe to re-pot now or would I be better off maybe putting a few slits in the tube & putting the whole thing in a larger pot until next spring?

Cheers
