Callistemon Seiberi - River Bottlebrush
These were collected in Winter 2010 from the Ovens river during a prospecting adventure ,They are self sown Yamadori Water Swept
, Literati and twin trunk style trainers .Inspired by Shibui's Water swept concept Bonsai i decided to have another go at a Bottlebrush .I did collect several of these many years ago and used them as landscape tree's . After collection the were trimmed /chopped and potted , then placed up the back and left to the own apart from a trim with shears . I simply slip potted the literati
and twin trunk trainers and worked on the water swept style by attaching it to a piece of carved red Scoria This will be wired at a later date , the tree will possibly be rotated 75 degrees and end up as a exposed root over rock water swept cascade with a natural jinned trunk .Cheers AlpineartYou do not have the required permissions to view the files attached to this post.

I think that you have three lovely trees to work on.
It is great that they are all so different.
Am jealous

I like this one, very elegant also reminds me of an aged tree.
