Allocasuarina littoralis

Post by Anth »

Got this tree a few months ago and havnt had any time to do anything with it.
From what I have herd tuey can be chopped back hard as if starting on a blank canvas (trunk) . I got this tree beacuse of the soft flowing curves ant the base of the trunk. They are a bit hard to see in the photos.
Is it safe to cut back now ? Or am I best just waiting until next growing season.
And how much would you guys cut it back
