Allocasurina, what direction

Post by Bray »

Had a slowly dying Allo at work, big sucker probably 2m tall, cut it back and fed the shari out of it, he's now nice and healthy and looks like this.
Need help on figuring out what direction to take.

Clear out the many shoots and find the branching new apex, hopefully there will be some in there :-)

Keep the ones you woud like for the final tree and remove the rest ( keep any for sacrifice maybe) and wire it to give some shape to the trunkline.

Gave it a hard prune and cut back all the main branches to start making it ramify more.
Now to figure out which branches I want, The face is what you can see.

As for the branches, what direction should I take, straighten them all out? and head for like a formal upright style or do something else
