I Purchased this fantastic material from Leong at Bonsai South on 1st November 2014
Cost $30

This is an attempt at growing a more natural style of Casuarina.

This is one of the reasons I have substantially reduced my collection. Having too many trees creates too many problems. This was not watered properly early last year and died back.
However it has produced some nice creepy growth. It sat dormant for about 5 months after drying out before it sprouted. The brown is the die back, and the green is the new growth since recovering.
