Casuarina glauca

Most grow well in medium to fast drainage, but don't let the mix get bone dry, especially on a windy day.
Casuarinas develop the greatest root spread of any genus I've ever worked with.
As long as you have strong sun, they'll be in excellent health.

I originally had this as a 3 group planting. But 2 of them died, so this is now a rare 1 group planting. :palm:
At least its producing some nice shoots at the base that I will incorporate into the design.
I do love tall Casuarinas, and this will be no exception. I will continue to grow this as a long and thin specimen.

I realize its not quite yet 01.01.2023, but its easier to post that its 2023, so looking back people can easily distinguish that its a year apart. Its only 1 day before the actual date.
