I have a few that look Just like that too :-)
I grew mine from seed tho.

I have put 2 into the ground to grow and Cut then back real hard, and another 3 I have chopped hard and repotted yesterday.
I have another batch ( 100 or so), in a seed tray now that have just started to develop their mature leaves so will be ready to pot up soon.

A little update on this one.
There's a side branch that's growing more vigorously than the rest.
I'd like some advice at this point on whether I should cut off the branches or let it grow more?
