MicroMyrtus Ciliatus prostrate
This has been in training for a few years. I know it seems a bit to bushy or top heavy. some opions please. Do I slaughter at it or enjoy a hedge like look.

It looks very healthy and seems to enjoy being upright!
If it were mine, I'd be cutting back and putting some shape into the foliage pads. The position of the trunk and branching lends itself to a real free form and natural bonsai. Perhaps even in a different (less blue) pot?
Have you seen it flower yet?

yes it does flower infact it beginning now.
I know it needs prunning which I will do after flowering. Not sure about 'pads. 3-4 pads of the main branches? and pot, well yes not sure what to use at this point.
