Baeckea Linifolia.
I love this one and its doing well. Any help on improvement is appreciated.
Its about 9 years old.

If it was mine I would cut back to the lowest 'green bits' on each branch to encourage some new branches to grow closer to the trunk as I find the length of the two main branches to long and boring, especially the LHS branch. Wire up a new leader and go from there. I would also change the pot as I don't think that the colour suits the tree.
