Hey guys what do think of this one . Is it worth getting and giving a trunk chop?

There is almost no hope of an accurate ID from that one photo.
To have any hope of ID we need to see close up shots of typical leaves and clear shots of the bark. Even then it is unlikely to be clear. Young eucs have juvenile foliage which can be completely different to the adult foliage it will get as it matures.
We often need the flower buds and/or seed pods to accurately ID the different eucs.
I'm guessing it is being offered online? Doesn't the seller know what species?
$40 is probably OK for this as a semi advanced garden tree but there's a long way to go to making it into a bonsai euc. Spend the $ if you have them. You will probably learn more than $40 worth of technique even if it doesn't turn into a show winner.
