How often do u fertilise in winter living in brisbane

If the plant is actively growing and you want it to continue to do so.
If the plant is growing to it's full potential, concentration of fertilizer should be the same as usual. Probably it is not, so perhaps half what is recommended on the packet (assuming it is a decent fertilizer) will be enough over winter even in Brisbane. Controlled release ferts do almost nothing during cold weather so completely dissolved liquid is the go. If it is not growing at all, no fertilizer is needed.
