Need advice on what’s happening here please

A bonsai fig tree is sitting on a wire bench outside a brick building. Weather is fine and sunny.

Maybe you need to be a bit more specific with the question.
A bit of background would also help. None of us know how long you have had the tree or how you have been caring for it so far. There are many causes for leaves dropping so the more info you can give the better the answers you'll get.

Is that moss all up the trunk? If it is my guess is too wet. But as Shibui said we need alot me info.
