These look better in 1 pot/tray rather than individual pots . The rock is a recycled alpine made item hacked up for this piece
Cheers . Alpineart
The figs were cuttings taken a few years ago and neglected , rather than throw them out I threw this together . I will take the hessian covers off it after the roots have developed enough to hold the trunks in place .Port Jackson Fig group

Re: Port Jackson Fig group
Second shot, what have you planted in front on the bottom of the rock?
Please post once you remove the hessian to show how well the roots have established.
Cheers

Hi KIRKY, the cuttings are figs and buxus , good place to start them off as its always moist . Should be able to undress the rock before winter .
Hi MJL , I would forget to post and be disquallified .

Okay... understand - I would forget my head sometimes ... just know that you are an inspiration then... indeed, much of your work and left-field ideas have influenced me. Always interested when you post info on AusBonsai. Cheers, Mark

This was undressed just before the last rain ,

More than happy with the setup, when the potting mix slowly washes away the roots will be exposed along with the caves created under each rock . Yes there are 2 Alpineart made rocks resting against each other forming canyon/crevasse and caves .Cheers . Alpineart

Hi Jaun73870 , this was one way to use up material laying idle around the place . It was inspired by a visit to the Queens Caves on the Idle Of Pines last year .

Re: Port Jackson Fig group
Hi Greg , I had the inspiration from a tour around the South Pacific and plenty of Figs laying around in plastic pots .
Combining them means it is 1 item to look after not 14 figs , 2 rocks and a tray .
Cheers . Alpine
