Nice job! Had a look yesterday at my own Kamagata i layered and it's doing nicely but not yet ready to separate, also looks like 1 of the 2 shishi layers i did has worked as well. After a year of disappointing losses of some of my promising material it's nice to get some wins

Has anyone ever used the air layering pods all over the internet these days?

Just wondering if anyone has had any luck using them and if they are worth it? Seems from this post that it's fairly easy to do without the need of spending money on a pod but I had seen them and they peaked my curiosity.

Managed to get some roots on my pink ume layer.

Haven't separated yet - might leave it on for another season or check back in autumn/winter.
