Thanks for directing me about the ferts.. has done wonders and all junis have Greened up nicely including the one above I had gone hard on.
Now that I know they have all survived, I am a bit lost as to what shape to give this one. It's nearly a metre across and I am unsure which way to proceed so please chime in with any suggestions.
I thought of a cascade with the shorter side turned like a crescent moon (wind swept)
Thought if doing a whole lot of twisty bends for the long side and Jin the short side to make a literati
Lastly a simple literati but cutting the short side out and then turning the tree 90degrees.
What does this group think is the way to go with this?

Do you have pics from a few other angles? Ideally with a neutral background - makes it easier to see the structure.
My first thought is to shorten the long straight branch but maybe better to see the whole tree from a few alternate vantages first.

on this one you probably will need to lose one of the sides unless you can do a radical change to the planting angle

I couldn’t get the whole plant to fit in one pic so had to take multiple pics
