Email notify as default

When I add a topic I always want to be notified by email. Is it possible to have this turned on for every new topic I create?

If you 'subscribe' to a given thread, you should be notified by email every time there is a reply posted in that thread. At the bottom of every thread is a "Subscribe Topic" link.

Thanks Fly, that is what I am doing at the moment but I want to know if it can select this feature automatically everytime time I create a new topic. (ie) For the check box to be switched on by default
