It looks like a Picea, Possible Abies. This might be the rare figcea? Cross breed I have never heard of before...

Figcea? Come on, no need to be ridiculous.
I reckon it has a Ficus root system, with grafted Juniperus trunk and grafter Picea foliage. Also known as Ficus Junipicea.

I saw this but didn't realise it was the enthusiastic guy.
My first thought (after I had a chuckle about the "fig") is that the plant was stolen. Why else would he not know the species plus show pictures so close up that the plant can't be recognised?
