I guess you want to develop roots that encircle the stump and reach the soil, in a root over rock style. The usual way of doing that is to first grow some long roots. This can be done with figs by planting in a narrow but deep pot and let the roots grow down. Once the roots are grown they are then wrapped around the trunk, tied down and wrapped in sphagnum. The roots should reach the soil or the stump could be buried deeper in soil and gradually exposed as the roots grow and thicken. This is a rough and not very detailed explanation - look up how to create root over rock. Eventually, the stump will rot away.

Went to remove her from the wood to repot in a narrow pot but too late roots have already gone into all the nooks and crannies its ok ill let it take its course might look more natural. Also I knew the wood would eventually rot I am planning on that to happen in the future so all I'm left with is a plant 30cm off the ground with mouth dropping aerial roots
