Gardenia Semi cascade

Post by kcpoole »

A few years ago, my Mother in law renovated her garden, and as a result lots of plants got dug up. This Gardenia was one I rescued.
It flowers profusely, but for some reason do not have a pic of it in flower, nor from when I collected it :palm: :lost:

It only had foliage on one side, so go potted up as a slanting / Windswept.
I recently potted up into a Bonsai pot as a Semi cascade and cut back hard so dunno if it will flower this year.

Enjoy and I will update when it flowers

Hi Ken,love your tree mate,I personally like it on the flatter plane/windswept but it seems to work very well in the cascading style, very good to see something more unusual,or unique if you like.Well done.
cheers Anthony
