I came across quite an unusual mound.. umm or is it a stump..

hmm I dont know what it is but think it would make a rather interesting specimen..

Any idea

.... the skin or I mean to say.. the bark

It is Ulmus procera..English elm.

You mean you can dig the mound and it will grow? Interesting as i have never seen swampies this way.
