Hi Ken,

Just an update( although this one has died) the experts have moved this variety too Corymbia(If you didn't already Know) . Also on the point of re-potting(Not sure of your regime). A common mistake I find is that 1st, the time of year and the 2nd, the after care. Full sun after re-pot not as exotics, shade.

Maybe the symposium in March may shed some light on the subject.

Hi peter is it re-potting in summer Dec/Jan for eucalyptus. and can that be done after a hard cut back???

Hi Hugh,

I re-pot mine in the months of November,December and or January. I don't do both hard trims and re-pots at the same time.Generally the re-pot is done at least a year apart from the cut back. It must have a healthy head of foliage to do either.

gave mine a hard trim as it became very leggy. so i will repot next year then.
