Some people love poetry, some people love painted art..... yet another example of the art of pottery. Love it!

A great bonsai pot is lovely to look at and beautiful to hold,
But place a tree in it and it becomes an endless chore to unfold!

I style Bonsai naturally, just as they would appear in the wild.

Yep, love it Pat. Great innovation.

You'll treat it carefully so the spike don't chip? or is the glaze pretty strong?
Cheers, Ryan

Thanks for the positive thoughts guys.......

Ryan, the points are rounded....it's an old, worn and weathered dragon and, as you know with dragons, they defend themselves very effectively against chipping

Very subtle. Some of these can look aggressive or clunky, but this is very much a sleeping dragon. Nicely done.

Thanks guys!

Gavin, thank you for your thoughtful appraisal...it's given me something to consider.

I was asked today about the glaze name and as all the glaze ingredients came from Kosciuszko, it seemed appropriate...besides, "old dragons live in old mountains".....anon/Confucius/pk.....you choose.
