Birthday fig opinions..
Hey i got this fig for my birthday and was just after some suggestions on future development.. its in need of a repot i think. The soil is quite muddy and thick so im a bit worried about the root system.. let me know what you think!

If you're concerned about the soil I'd be giving it a repot if I were you. Looks like it could do with a bigger pot anyway. Do you know when it was last repotted? Also would I be right in presuming this one is kept inside where the photo was taken?
Cheers,
Pearcy.

Not sure when the last repot was, ive got a larger pot here so i might throw it in that.. looks a little cramped in there
Thoughts on the rock... im not ure how i feel about it.. to me it doesnt look like it belongs.

If you are after root over rock with this tree I would use pic 3 as the front but replace the rock with a larger one when you repot.
