I really like the bark and nebari on this one! How big is it?
What direction will you be taking this tree?

I don't trust Bonsai, they are a little shady.

I am thinking that if that side branch continue, than I take it to a semi cascade style, the branch is shooting lots of new twigs too. They grow quickly at the moment, rain season, that will change soon if the dry season gets going. What would your idea be??

I think the middle trunk section is a little straight, so I would tilt the tree away from your future cascade branch and then bend it toward the cascade branch (if that makes sense).

Lovely nebari and bark on this species!
I wonder whether a good thin and some negative space is all this tree requires?
Personally it looks pleasant as is but we can always improve - right?

One of the fabulous things about growing bonsai is as you get old and decrepit your trees get old and beautiful
