Sounds like a very late time to collect a plum which may be problematic
What I have done in similar situations is leave the tree in dappled shade and mist as often as you can.
Keeping the soil damp but not wet is important and just give it time to recover
My guess is that its shooting from stored energy in the trunk which is not good in warm weather.
I'm sure one of our plum experts like "Watto" will be more help.

Do you have better photos?

I’ve found when collecting deciduous trees you need to strip Em right back to hard wood. The green stemmed stuff almost always wilts and dies - maybe it’s saving energy. I guess like humans in extreme temperatures. The limbs are always first to go with blood and important stuff conserved for the organs.

My friend was knocking down his house so had no choice on the time those are photos of the shoots it grew after collection. I have been misting the tree but im just worried if its a fungal problem because i dont wanna spray chemicals on a 1 month old collected specimen.

Although Daluke's theory is correct it is too late for such actions now.
Robb is pretty much on the money, shade spray and pray. In addition I would spray with a combination spray of something like Rose spray (for fungus and pests) and even if the leaves dry and fall it will probably come back.
Most importantly - welcome to the plum club!!!!!!!!

The leaves look like they may be affected by something similar to the leaf-curl disease that affects peach and nectarine trees. Spray & pray. :fc:
Cheers, Frank.
