Both nice trees with good potential.
The branches look a bit straight for the bendy trunks though. It is a common problem when we try to fast track the branch development.
Also consider the taper of the branches. Wiring can create some bends but it won't give the branches taper.
We use cut and grow to get bends and taper in trunks but then when on the downhill run building branches we seem to want to hurry it all along. Pruning may delay the finish for a year or two but it not only gives better movement but also that much needed taper.
I agree with Neil, you’ll want to cut back to your inner most buds and give it a good feed and needle pluck. For best results you’ll want to use your directional branch as your first branch. Try not to rush your bonsai as you’ll grow and set some unsightly aspects to your trees.
