I concur.
Very nice progression and well documented.
Great decision on the Shakan style - looks great.
I too believe there is a better pot option out there.
Slightly larger and a few shades darker than the PK pot I reckon.

One of the fabulous things about growing bonsai is as you get old and decrepit your trees get old and beautiful

What you have achieved in only a couple of years is excellent. Well done. I wonder how faithfully others who took part in his design programme have kept to his design.. I might post mine.
