In the life we have been given, there are three things we must not give up.

No1 our sense of humor( Grant has plenty so he may be OK)

No 2 breathing it makes it hard to stay alive when you stop ( as I always say if I wake up dead tomorrow I will be really p!!$ed off )

No 3 if I have to tell you what that is, it is too late.

Just as an anecdote the Two best things in the world, a cigarette afterwards is one, thats why I gave up both

Hi everyone,

to the best of my knowledge sphagnum moss is used in women`s sanitary products.

Nothing more to say.

Ahh Gawd now I am buggered!,
When I was an apprentice I used to fix the disposal units for them when they stopped working and go blocked up  :o
When we pulled them apart, the dust and stuff went everywhere. 30 years a go OH&S was never heard of and Dust masks were not de-riguere like they are now.
Used to get covered in it and breathed it in all the time

If that does not kill me dunno what will

ps, I always use my moss damp and never stick the nose in the bag anyway, Same goes for Diatomite too.

Thanks for the replies ladies and gents at the very least I got a good laugh :D Morale of the story seems to be keep it wet. I will however start drinking lots of water, breathing in more air, stay away from the wifes sanitary products and re take up smoking so the cancer gets me before the sphag does :tu: .... just in case. and if all goes pear shaped I will leave behind some figs with great aerial roots :fc:
