So forgot to take any pre photos trimmed off over a foot from the top. Then went to work on the roots..... Damn dont leave gigs for 3 years... Lol.

Been brought down to about 90cm/3ft and about 3cm of root. Cut most branches back to first or second pair of leaves. Still no idea what to do with this old lady but this will all help it long term
