If they are pot worms or white worms they like an acidic environment. Supposedly pot worms are harmless . Baby worms tend to have a vein running through them. The soil PH may be different in these particular pots(slightly stronger firts, different plant bacteria reacting with the media etc). Light green folliage could also indicate PH issues.

I have read if you dont want worms to drown them out by placing the whole pot into a bucket of water for an hour or so and they will all come up and out, haven't tried tho.
