Thank you kindly for the link but its pick up only from Queensland and they are not quite the standard I am looking for.

I remember a member show casing a beautiful fig he was working on for his teacher on this forum but forgot who? :palm:

Bonsai the Imagination Tree moved to ... York rd, Mt Evelyn.

As for the weather, mate its melbourne ... rain, cold, sun, shower, wind, sun (you know the drill) ;)

Good luck, CC's probably best for what you want (as long as you've got the $$), shame it wasn't two years earlier as they offloaded quite a few big oldies before their reno. still got a few to choose from. BTW if you're in that neck of the woods, Bonsai Art is definitely worth a peak, might get tempted by something else

I'm sure you'll let us see what you get ;)

G'day FatMingBonsai that fig you couldn't remember about could be the one Ash posted called Methusalah (a lovely old fig) . Sorry I don't know how to do links.

I am going to pop in Collector's corner next week as I have spoken to an employee who was kind enough to relay my request to the actual owner so I can see him for some of his figs on display. Apparently, he has some coming in from China in quarantine though ATM

Can't wait for next week when I call him personally. I'll let you all know soon with some pics if I can figure out how to post them :palm: :lost:

Best regards,

FattyMing

Would Ray Nesci have nice fig specimen? I know Leong Kwong does and spoke to him on several occasions. Top gentleman and always good for a chat :hooray:
