Looking great Miles, I see the magpie is back.
I am trying to hold mine back to have it presentable for our show in three weeks, I am surprised how early yours is flowering. How long has it been from budswell to full flower?

Beautiful tree miles. Just wondering what fertiliser you use for your wisteria? Thanks in advance.

Just back from a native work shop with Grant in Canberra,

The fragrance is exquisite , I had my face in it as I moved it for the photo.

I'd say the wisteria was planted when the old house was built around early 1970s, It was dug up in about 2000, it took about 5 years to grow some branches and flower

The Magpie is mk 2
It was about 8 to 10 days in full sun from bud swell to full flower, I'd take yours out of the fridge now

Nothing over winter or till after flowering, Seasol and fruit and flower powerfeed fortnightly with blood and bone with potassium 2 to 3 times a year

Most Chinese wisteria will flower with in a year or so, There is a lot of different wisteria and some take some time to flower - See my wisteria log

VERY VERY NICE
you are the King of Wisteria!
Do you need a big growing pot/box to thicken the branches?
What fertilizer?
