Nice beginning there Jarryd. Just make sure it is new growth on new season and not on stored sap.

That top jin bothers me some what as it appears to be the same length as the lower one also as heavy.
Which to my eye are both way to heavy, may be if the top one were smaller. It might be better for the size of the tree at the moment.
As there is no weight to the tree in foliage.
As I said nice start though. :) Pup

lol jamie nuhh i might keep this one now it seems to be developing nicely.

pup i hope you are wrong about the sap storage survival rather then just general wellbeing. but i guess time will tell.

as for the jins the jins, i beleive you are right in regards to the size but they look quite nice when not in a photo. photos bring out the flaws which is why they are such usefull styling tools. i will consider what you have said but for the time being i will let it rest and hopefully as the tree fills out more especially that bottom branch it will begin to look a bit better in proportion. if not i can always take more off but i certainly cant put more on. :D
