Big shoes Grant - I think they will struggle to fill them. I hope the personal reasons aren't too serious and you can keep posting great topics here :tu2:

Applications close this coming Friday so those of you who are interested(I already know of at least 7 applicants or expressions of interest) should make their application soon.

I am not on the interview panel and have no influence in the matter of choice of Curator..

Hi all,

An update.

It has taken some time but the Curators position is being interviewed for next week.(A few things got in the way like an oepning of the collection in its new site at the Arboretum)

Good luck to all those who have applied and gained an interview.

I believe there was a good number of people who applied for the job; some of them regulars on this website.

Also the number of visitors to the collection has been stupendous; 4,500 last Saturday, Sunday and Monday combined.

A challenge for the new curator!
