Googling the term 'skyrocket juniper' returns results that state that the common name refers to J. scopulorum (Rocky Mountain Juniper), and occasionally the synonym of J. virginiana (Eastern Red Cedar, among other common names) appears. Of course, it is entirely possible that the treelings are something other than what is commonly called "Skyrocket Juniper".
