I took this snap on my phone on the weekend, a large juniper (squamata I think) needs to be pruned and wired but all the structure is already there and the tree is very healthy. A novice could bring this one up to scratch in a very short time.

I am not sure what happened but the acacia howitii has not been claimed, so it is back on the market.
The olive raft and banksia are quality advanced trees, last days if you want to collect them in Canberra.
