Hi Ray,
Just wondering if you ever made a final branch selection for this one. I understand 2015 was a busy year for you to say the least, but thought I better check anyway.
Cheers,
Pearcy.

Hi Mate,
The tree is growing quite well. I haven't done very much with it. I will be helping my Son over the next few week, but I'll have a look at it and see if it's worth posting some photos. Sorry I haven't got much to show at present, but hopefully the year will get better.
Regards Ray

I have a number of melaleukas...What i noticed is:
they like lots of water and if not watered well get branch die back. i keep a tray under mine with water.
Branches dont like to be shaded... so that needs to be considered. i dont think informal upright will be successful with them. Better rounded flattish canopy.

I know of these because they're grown as hedges at my local shopping centre. Love them! Strangely enough, they're growing in a quite dry and sloping position, surrounded by hot bitumen, and the only attention is a buzz cut every now and again.
I love what you've done with this beautiful example, Ray, and I'm sure they'd thrive even more with Neli's conditions.

Hi Neli,
During the summer I have all my natives sitting in water trays. They will generally drink a whole tray each day.
