Mostly they are "wild dug" and that might account for the Alien look.

Thanks for posting the pics Watto. I’m a fan of those English Elms, especially the first no.012. I reckon pic no.20 is reminiscent of antlers...
Drop a little accent plant underneath and call the composition Rocky and Bullwinkle.
Bonsai teaches me patience.

Lovely elm 012, and well refined. Would you consider leaning it over a little more to the right so the trunk line seems to move directly from the low trunk to the long right branch? If that makes any sense. Well grown.
