Maybe we will see Bonsai shows with 'Natural' and 'Open' divisions like in body building

They used to use it on Radermachia (spelling?) indica to produce the ''China doll''. It was a dwarfed, very dark green, almost black thing very unlike the normal tree. I think it may permanantly alter the trees metabolism (however I'm not sure about this but the china dolls I had never really grew well). It's a huge risk to use it on a bonsai and bonsai is all about learning and applying technique don't you think?
