To me the tree is stuck between a dynamic structure and a more fluid design. The right branch in the 1st and 3rd photo is going up when all the other are pulled down, so if the right branch was bent heavily downward it would consolidate the tree into a more dynamic design. My idea is that it would be a more together tree with a change like that.
